Need help getting ringtones/pictures from a site!!

If any of wewe people have heard au been on the site Mytinypicture.com, please tell me why and how a ringtone au picture wont onyesha up once i recieve a text for it.
please tell me how to do it cause they never give me much info but two choices of how i want my ringtone to onyesha up.
