Serious Help Needed! PROPS!

Okay, so here's the story:

I had this journal that alisema how much I hate my family, and how sometimes I felt like running away and jumping off of buildings.
So, my parents found the journal.
They dont think I swear, and I swore A LOT in that little notebook.
So my parents asked to have a talk with me, and I found out I had a history of suicide in my family. Anywhoo, they wouldnt believe me when I alisema I wasnt actually planning on commiting suicide au running away. So then my dad starts yelling at me, and I swear to god he was about to hit me, and hes never done that before.
They'll never look at me the same way again. They'll always know, now I really DO wanna run away. They say it'll blow over, but I know it wont.
So I would SERIOUSLY appriciate if wewe gave me some good advice, ilitumwa some inspirational songs, videos, pictures, ANYTHING that would helo me get through this. heshima to whoever posts any of theese. Pleeeeeaaaassse???

Just remember to stay strong. They know how wewe feel now maybe they'll understand. It always gets better. Wait till wewe songesha out, you'll be fine. If wewe run away that might screw wewe up. Talk to friends, family, teachers. au anyone wewe trust.

Here's a good song.

It's probably good they found it, those are bad thoughts to have. Anyway your parents were worried about you...those thoughts should not have been kept bundled up inside au even told only to a journal it's not healthy.

yeah, thats what they said. what scared me was the fact that my dad looked like he was gonna hit me

He was probably scared kwa the thought that he could have Lost you...parents get very freaked out about that kind of stuff, like my mom not wanting me to drive because she still sees a little baby when she looks at me.

Try to keep your future journals with you. ALWAYS.
Edit: Anyway, I think wewe should just continue on with life. I think your dad yelled at wewe cause he and your mom dosen't wanna lose you. Parents losing their child is a very painful lose and hard to cope with. Continue being yourself (minus uandishi all that hate and suicide stuff) be a good child to them, maybe they'll fully forgive wewe one day. But yeah, stop uandishi all that hate and suicide stuff would help. Now enjoy this video about family and what wewe would for them cause wewe upendo them.

Trust me, I've done something like that before. I went through the same thing. Been through my parents yelling at me because I wrote notes that I hated everything about life and I wanted to die au run away. I even tried running away myself but my father caught me kwa the shati collar. My parents took me to a place I call hell because of what I wrote (and it's like what wewe wrote). I don't really like to say the real name of the place in front of strangers, but I think wewe know what place I'm speaking of.

Well, what I did after I was practically thrown out of hell, my parents made me have a long talk with them about not uandishi that crap again. And how they're always there for me. I know this must not be any help, but it worked for me, just have a calm conversation with them about how wewe feel. Maybe they could help wewe get through your thoughts of running away.

Parents should check in their daughter's/son's rooms once in a while. If they're worried about them, they have a right to tafuta their room.

Wow, that's tough. What I'm surprised is why they yelled (well, I can see why they're upset...). I would suggest getting help right away if you're so concerned. wewe don't realize it but a little help can go a long way!

Well just give them there appriciation, help them out a lttle zaidi than wewe used too but don't make is seem like your trying. Burn the book and tell them that wewe upendo them, if wewe plan on uandishi another journal like this make sure wewe hide it better inayofuata time. It will eventually be alright. When I'm down I like to listen to Drift Away kwa Dobie Gray
