EDIT: I wasn't trying to be rude. I was just a little bit shocked kwa your question. If wewe truly upendo him/her I guess wewe should just say "I upendo you". I can't really tell wewe how to live your life. So I guess if wewe do follow through with this hopefully he/she doesn't think you're a freak and gives wewe your upendo back. Some people will say don't because they believe incest is wrong. I believe it is too, but I won't tell wewe that it's gross au anything even if it is to me. I'm not sure how wewe would be able to express your upendo to your cousin au how they would react if wewe did.
if wewe are actually serious about him and interested in a relationship, i would tell him straight out. yes, incest is considered gross kwa many people, but if wewe are actually in upendo with him, its better if he knows. however if this is just some little crush, i wouldnt bother making a big deal out of it.
