Does anyone know why this happen:

Whenever I imagine myself defying au speaking ouy against others, I start to cry, even though I have no idea why that happens.
For example: I think of a memory where someone teased me and reimagine myself yelling au talking back at that person. I always start to cry.
It's pretty annoying. Can anyone tell me why?
