I make them myself. It's simple: wewe just get a picture, put it on the screen of Microsoft PowerPoint, but a text box over it (the captions), drag the magical square field of collectivity over it (I don't know what to call it so I came up with my own ridiculous name for it) and save the original pic and text box together as a picture.
