Honestly, though, I'll be serious... wewe shouldn't worry about it. You're only 13. wewe have zaidi important things to worry about at your age. It may be a rough, long road ahead... but don't let the pressure break you.

honestly i wouldn't worry about going up a size. it's just a measurement. wewe could always maintain good eating habits and possibly work out to lower your weight, but that's your choice. zaidi importantly, change if wewe WANT to change. wewe are not around for anyone's approval. your body is your body, do with it as wewe please

But in any case, starving yourself is never the answer. wewe will lose muscle mass and feel tired constantly, no energy.
Trust me, I've been there.
Just be health concious with your chakula and exercise regularly. Do it to stay healthy and keep your body feeling good, wewe do not need to lose weight. wewe are perfectly fine just the way wewe are. :)

You're not fat. 123 is normal, perfectly normal. So please please please don't get sucked into society's "thinner is better" because I have several Marafiki who are/have been anorexic/bulimic including 2 who were hospitalized for it. It takes over your life. One of them has been in treatment for over a mwaka and she still can't eat in front of people and she still skips school on days when there are class parties. Don't do that to yourself. Let yourself think "I'm fat I'm fat I'm fat" and it becomes ALL wewe think about and wewe can become obsessed. It's incredibly unhealthy.

What's healthy is eating and exercising and being 110-130 pounds. You're in that range for your height so your set. You're perfect.

Who freaking cares? I'd upendo to be wewe weight, I'm your height, but I'm 80 pounds and it's not healthy. I eat like a cow but I just can't seem to gain anything, and my Doctor and Parents think I'm going to start being anemic.

I just realized I may seem like an insensitive jerk but I really don't want wewe to end up like a girl in my class. She became anorexic and started going to the hospital. Right now, she doesn't come to school anymore and she is dying in the Hospital. Don't be like her. Be strong.

Think about how people living in the slums of Oceania, India, Africa!!! Think about how terrible wewe are being to them! Don't wewe feel a little bad that wewe have so much chakula but choose not to eat it, while these people are dying because they don't have food. If wewe can't eat for yourself, eat for them. LIVE FOR THOSE WHO DIE OF STARVATION.
