What word do wewe over use the most?

The word I over use the most is "well" as in "Well, wewe see..." "Well, yes but..." My father got so annoyed he said: "Stop saying "Well". Okay? It's not an adjative, it's not a verb. Stop saying it." XD

I overuse but.

But that is not fair.
But I want to go tomorrow.
But why can't I?
But what if I say no?
But she is a better singer.
But I never alisema yes.
But I like my bedroom.
But I want a cat not a dog.
But I enjoy the water park better.

All the time especially when arguing and my family is like why do wewe start every sentence with but?
