Can someone tell me why I can't post maoni and/or wall... posts?

Every time I try to post on a wall, it's always this "URL" crap. What do they expect me to do, put in a bloody hashtag? Send the ukuta post from Twitter? And every time I click on "Add Comment," it flings me to the juu of the freaking page. It just killed a funny idea I had. If anyone has a cure to this sorcery bullfrog, please let me know.

Turns out I can actually maoni on questions, but the ukuta is still a problem.
