the story must be something like this: a good innocent guy is mistaken for a criminel, a murder au a thief au something like that.

Umm the first thing to pop into my head would be that this innocent guy has a twin who has been committing some crime (murder IMO sounds the most interesting) but the problem is he can't use his status as a twin as a defense because he was adopted and is completely unaware of having a twin
