I find it really easy to eat healthily when I'm not stressed and legit don't even have cravings, but as soon as there's stress my body is like BAM where is the nearest chanzo of carbs-en-masse??
Eating fast food. It's super bad for wewe and has a lot of shit that would probably do far worse things to your body than just obesity. But being super cheap and easy, and working night shift like I do, it's pretty much my only options during the work week
Procrastination and laziness. But I did quit my number one bad habit I thought would never end. But eventually it did end. I've actually stopped nail biting. And now I have long growing nails and my hands look zaidi beautiful than ever. But yeah I really need to stop procrastinating and being so lazy. So I can eat three meals every siku like everyone else and sleep a full night like everyone else so I can get my weight up. I'm tired of having slenderman's arms and my brother's skinny ankles
