it's all psychological. like if you don't have to pee, but you keep on thinking in your head that you have to pee, eventually, you got to go pee. and if you are healthy, but try to make yourself think you are sick, you'll feel sick. you really aren't sick, but your brain thinks you are since you keep telling it you are. makes sense? yeah, i want to take psychology when im in highschool and collage. it's very interesting to me. oh, and you can also control where you want your blood to flow. for example, you say your arms are heavy over and over again in your head, the blood will flow to your arms. :)
