Just because its cartoon or its on Cartoon Network, it doesn't necessarily mean its for childish people. People can be in any state of maturity and still watch cartoons. Take South Park for example. Its for adults, but kids still watch it anyways. TDWT is for the teens demographic (which isn't exactly just for kids seeing as I'm 18 and everyone on that show is around 18 years old by now.). There's also a bit of suggestive themes, few cussing, and whatever else you think kids shouldn't really watch.
