is it just me au dose robert have a accent off screen in twilight but in the movie he dosen't?

it's not just you, he does have an accent. He just tries very hard not to use it in the movie

Robert was born in England, so his proper accent is an English accent. But in Twilight he puts the American accent on.

Um,duh!!!! Robert Pattinson is British while Edward is American,That's the accent difference you're hearing.

well Robert pattinson was born in london and his family still live in london. so he has to use an american accent when he plays Edward and Tyler (remeber me)because they are american. but when he is of screen he uses his english accent(that i have as well)
