The Hunger Games-Total Drama Version 
Courtney Everdeen was my name the siku of the reaping. I woke up to my little sister,Bridgette,screaming. I ran to her room in a rush to make sure she was ok. 
Me:Bridgette! Bridgette:It was me! They're gonna pick me! Me:No! They won't. Your name was only put in once. They won't pick you. I promise. Alright? Bridgette:Ok... 
She whispered in my ear to sing her inayopendelewa song. I smiled warmly and nodded. She laid back down as I started. 
Me:Deep in the meadow. 
Under the willow 
Me,Bridgette:A kitanda of grass.... 
Me:You remember that song. Ok? I gotta go. Bridgette:Where are wewe going? Me:I just gotta go. I'll be right back. 
I left her asleep and grabbed my jacket. All of a sudden,Bridgette's cat,Mr.Pumpkin,hissed hardly at me. 
Me:I'll still cook wewe wewe mangy thing! 
I ran across the village,watching everyone try and survive the siku without being depressed. Once I made it to the electrical gates,I climbed in. The gates haven't been turned since last year. In a mti laid my bow and arrow. I used it everyday to hunt for Bridgette and my mom... That's when I spotted the perfect deer for the peacekeepers. Being quiet,I aimed. But that stupid deer smelled me,so it ran. Quickly following,I aimed again when a voice startled me.
Trent:Hey Court! 
AAH!!! Missed! 
Me:Dang wewe Trent! I almost had it! Trent:What would wewe have done with it,huh? Me:Sell it! To the peacekeepers. Trent:Please... 
He took out a rock and threw it. A few sekunde later ducks flew and I caught one.
Me:Thanks for the help! Trent:*Chuckles* No problem. Me:....How long was your name put in today? Trent:...42.. Me:Last mwaka in the reaping right? Trent:Yeah. 2 zaidi for wewe after this one. Me:Don't remind me. Trent:We could do it wewe know... Me:Do what? Trent:Run away... Live in the woods. wewe and me! Me:But what about Bridgette,my mom,your brothers! Trent:They can come too! Me:Bridge in the woods... Trent:Poor girl. Me:It's her first year. We better head back. I have to make it to the peacekeepers before I head home. Trent:Have fun! 
Once I got there,I got the food. Then I saw something caught my eye. A type of pin. 
Me:What's this? PeaceKeeper:That right there is a Mocking jay Pin. Me:How much? PeaceKeeper:Keep it. As a gift. Me:Thanks. 
I ran nyumbani just in time to see Bridgette in her special dress. She looked fantastic. 
Me:Oh! Bridge! wewe look beautiful! Mom:I made something for you,too. Me:......Alright. 
After my bath,I saw a blue floral dress laying on the bed. I changed into it and allowed my mom to fix my hair. 
Mom:There now. wewe look even zaidi beautiful than before. Bridgette:I wish I looked like you. Me:Aw no! I wish I looked like wewe little duck! Be sure to tuck in that tail. 
The train horn sounded,signaling us to go. Holding Bridge's hand,we made our way to sign in. I heard Bridgette gasp in fear and stop in her tracks. I took her off to the side to try and calm her down. 
Me:Look,they're just gonna take a small little bit of blood. Trust me,it doesn't hurt that bad. Ok? Now go... 
When she finished,she headed over with the 12 mwaka olds. After I finished,I went with the 16 mwaka olds. The over dressed lady,Izzy,stood on the stage,ready to announce the young man and woman competing. 
Izzy:Welcome! Welcome! Happy Hunger Games! And may the odds be ever in your favor. Today,we will be choosing a young man and woman to compete in the national Humger Games. As always,ladies first. 
She walked over to the bowl and easily took a paper out. My stomach jumped when she walked back to inform us who it was. 
Izzy:Bridgette Everdeen!!!
