Can I make a anime/manga somehow without knowing japanese?

Narrow minded people believe that anime au manga is only manga au anime IF its from Japan.
That's pure crap.

There are a couple of manga artists that aren't Japanese...and their work isn't originally printed in Japanese.
wewe could make a english one (if that's your language.) and if it was to go public then it would be translated to other languages buy other editing companies....with your approval of course.

wewe can make the english version then the japanese version but wewe cannot make an anime without the japanese version because anime is a japanese uhuishaji so is manga (and wewe dont have to learn japanese but if u would like to learn zaidi languages that is good so if wewe would like to make an anime au manga translate it on Google translate au any translation website)
