What is an anime character that wewe immediately thought wewe wouldn't be able to stand, but eventually became a favorite?

An anime character that started out really annoying wewe but eventually became one of your inayopendelewa characters in the whole show?

Mine would definitely be Happy from Fairy Tail...That attitude made me want to hit the darn thing and the voice grated against my eardrums...but the cuteness level was over 9000 so I was defenseless........

Anyways, once Saki got a mind of her own (and got Simon to ngumi, punch Izaya. =w=) and I saw how funny/cute Shinra was, they were instantly favorites. :)

Full Moon O Sagashite! :o I read that manga back in 6th grade and loved it! I didn't really like au dislike Izumi, but I felt really bad for him when wewe found out how he killed himself. :(

Same but for me it was the onyesha in general....I used to think it was a stupid onyesha about an idiot ninja who did nothing all siku but crack jokes and turn into a woman.....I was right....but it was awesome....
