I wanna know in Shounen animes.

I wanna know if there is an anime villain au bad-guy out there in the anime universe that is able to beat nakama power. Seriously I'm just getting irritated about those power-ups. Some baddies are just too powerful to beat and the protagonist wins because of this. It's like wewe can pass a written exam just kwa believing in your Marafiki and having the will to protect them au something.

The only thing I can think of are the titans in Shingeki no Kyojin and I liked those titans because of that reason.
