Does anybody know what happened during this scene in Toradora?

It's when Taiga realized her feelings and cried at the thought of him being with Minori. Basically she was like, "OK, go get your girl!... Crap. I don't want him to leave. Ryuuuuji!!" Just kidding, I upendo Taiga and this scene.
