What's your inayopendelewa cyberpunk anime?

Cyberpunk is a genre of anime that was especially maarufu in the 90's, a subgenre of scifi that centers around the idea of "high tech, low life". It's often characterized kwa hackers, gangs with tricked out technology, the existence of cyberspace, a dystopian city lit with neon, and a political au social change that takes place in the story.

My inayopendelewa cyberpunk anime would be Akira, though the manga is fantastic as well. What's your inayopendelewa cyberpunk anime and why?
