We remade the entire HQ. it took a little longer without private. I was surprised that anyone was Able to get anything done, me especially.
Everyone's faces, although, were mopey and sad all day.

The hq had been picked up, but there was still a bunch of dust. Amber and Rico headed out to. Check on the rest of the zoo.

It was a peaceful night, and mech-skipper went out for a walk around the park.

the sun was just setting, leaving the sky a gentle orange-pink. the last few drops of golden sunshine fell out of view, behind the dark night sky above.

    A roar of the crowd was released. I stood kwa my allies, Lilly and Yamcha, as all the others ran to their weapons. I ran out leaving them stranded. The fight had begun, and how could we win? Lexii stepped up to the shipping crate. She was shaking with both excitment and fear. She had never met another lemur au a penguin. There had been a few wanyama at her past small zoo but she was the only lemur and there was no other wanyama except 2 lions, a tiger, and a couple of tropical birds.
She shook her head. She had to do this!
She jumped into the shipping crate. It was just big enough for her to sit down in. If she stood up her ears were about an inch from the juu of the box. This is what she would be living in for the inayofuata 5 hours.. Oh joy..

Tom was still chatting with his reptilian friends, unaware of his sisters disappearance. Suddenly all of the Chameleons started changing colours rapidly, and Tom's jaw dropped, and he moved to his left. Savio smacked into the glass and hissed angrily. Tom panicked and ran for the small light at the end of the corridor, hoping it was the door. Sinistra stopped him at the last dakika and the little penguin, auk tripped over her tail. As he stumbled to his feet, Savio tried to grab him again, just missing him. Tom jumped over Sinistra's tail, and burst out of the door, sliding faster than he thought...

The team looked at eachother desperately, as the humans got nearer. A thought struck Private.

"Emma use your powers to make it disappear." Private alisema trying to stay calm. Emma nodded, and in a moment the machine vanished into thin air. Then the humans got into viewing point of the habitat, unaware that a tennis ball machine was there a few mere sekunde ago. The penguins quickly got into their cute and cuddly routine, twirling around in the water, shaking their tails and belly sliding around, with big puppy dog eyes.

"Awwwwwww." The humans exclaimed, smiling at the penguins and their adorable...

"amber? How- what- what did wewe hear?" kowalski sputtered. Embarrassed to have made a whole speech about her.
"shut up and-" amber started to say.
"oh, dear god. Don't say 'kiss me'" kowalski said.
"no, I was gonna say help us." amber said.
"right."
Kowalski lowered all four cages to the ground, and let everyone out.
"skippa? What's that?" private asked. Pointing at a large clock, counting down on a computer screen, ten feet off the ground.
"it looks like a middle launch. Ah, classic spy movies, how I miss you." amber said.
"an your not concerned its down to 48 seconds?" everyone started...

The stinging wind of that evening and snow flying about contrasted greatly to the horrific scene on the ground, a crumbled up body that not too long zamani breathed its last, and succumbed to the unforgiving grasp of death. A stench of rusting iron filled the air. Blood cascaded into a warm puddle around the body, and in the midst of this, the frolicking of what one might have thought was a hatchling making snow angels. 

"Such warmth..." The Kid softly cooed, getting a slight chill from the wind whipping his body.

A belated pang followed a bright flash, and another right after, and two more, three, until the Glock had emptied its magazine, and a sharp click to purge the barrel of any remaining casings. The one behind the Glock stood with bemusement, shrugging his kanzu, koti in disapproval.

"Excellent aim my lord," a well-dressed penguin, auk responded. 

"Aim?" the coated penguin, auk replied with soft depression in his brown eyes, glaring back at the black cutout target with only five of the seven bullets actually embedded into the head.

Damion knew he had to do it. For so long he had neglected to commit the action he had so longed for, it had bounced in his brain, fermenting, marinating beautifully in his mind. Finally, he was with his mate once more, and now it seemed mandatory, so he sat on his newly-purchased dawati in an office Hannah had left open for him, topped with a dwindling candle, pulled out a thin ballpoint pen of ebony ink, and reached down below his seat.

Damion sat in the room in awkward silence, watching the others whisper among themselves. Lilly is in a chair, but her casts are finally gone, and she is capable of walking again, Skipper is seated kwa her, holding her flipper gingerly as any lover would, Kowalski sat to his right, listening in on the discussion and waiting for the moment to speak, Rico was standing, with Hannah leading the conversation, Private sat kwa Damion, but has fallen asleep on his lap.

Hannah finally slumped down, yesterday was a nightmare with a quiet blessing, the preceding two weeks of this investigation had been dragging her kwa the neck so far, and in all of her experiences, nothing prepared her for such sheer brutality and torment. She just wanted to take the siku easy and rest, let her Marafiki unwind.
