How would answer this swali "What did I do to make wewe upendo me"?

Guys I'm in an exigent need for an answer to that question. I know wewe are all going to tell me to say what i feel and what i like the most about this person and what he/she makes me feel, but i can't 'cause i know that this swali is not meant to be answered, it's like saying "why do wewe upendo me I've never done anything to wewe that would make wewe fall in upendo with me".
I'm confused, I'm not sure about anything I just want to answer this swali with a little bit of wisdom and philosophy, so i figured i come to wewe guys, any answer is welcome. please feel free to say anything. Thanks
