Help please!

Soo I finally bumped into my ex today after not seeing him for almost 6 months, I bumped into him twice! so I was just walking with my friend, when he came round the corner on the mitaani, mtaa with his friend and he alisema hi and asked me how I was and then I replied to him, the sekunde time I saw him he was outside his work place and we so happened to bump into each other again, he looked at me and smiled and gave me that "look" that he used to when we were together, do wewe think he still has feelings for me? Do wewe think if he didn't care, he wouldn't look at me au say something?
