Chapter 1: For starters

Monday. 10:03 a.m.

It was a warm breezy siku in the mwezi of May (Hey, that rhymed!). The penguins were lying around the HQ, bored. Their training was done for the day, sooner then Skipper expected.

Kowalski was mixing different chemicals at one corner of the room, hoping to discover something out of the blue. Rico was just brushing his doll girlfriend's plastic hair...for 52 dakika straight. Private was watching TV, changing the channels with the remote. Nothing good was on, so he eventually turned it off.

He looked at Skipper, who was kusoma a book. Ever since Phil and Mason taught everyone in the whole zoo how to read, Skipper was just practicing.

"That was some adventure last week, eh Skippa'?" alisema Private, hoping to start a conversation.

Skipper looked up from the book after turning the page. "Huh? Oh. Uh, yea. That was...Uh..."

"Fun?" alisema Kowalski.

"Uh, yea! Fun!"

Everyone paused and stared at each other, waiting for someone to say something.

"Ssssso. Did anyone...find Julien annoying?"

Everyone nodded, "Yes."

...

An awkward silence filled the room...

Skipper looked at the clock.

10:06

...(Tick-Tock,Tick-Tock)

10:07
No one moved....

...

Private coughed.

"I CAN'T TAKE THIS ANYMORE!!!" he yelled, which startled everyone. "Boys...I've never been this bored ever since we watched a video...about the history of a mango."

Everyone nodded in agreement.

"But Skippa', what are we going to do?" asked Private. "We've done all our training for the month. And it's only the 5th siku of May. Oh hey! Heheh...That rhymed!"

"Yes..." alisema Skipper. "Kowalski, options!"

Kowalski took out his clipboard. "...We can go outside?"

Everyone looked at Skipper.

He shrugged. "Eh, beats kusoma this phone book for 3 hours."

=====(Outside the HQ)

"Skippa', what are we doing out here?" asked Private, streching his flippers and breathing in the cool air.

"I dunno. Maybe we should practice our swimming," alisema Skipper, "gives us something to do."

Everyone jumped in the water one-by-one.

But after several laps around the water, they hopped back. "Well, that's all I got," sighed Skipper.

They all collapsed on the ground and looked at the sky. Private saw a pigeon flew over the clocktower. "Hey, didn't Frankie gave us a feather crystal of the falcon, kozi thing?" alisema Private.

Rico shrugged. "Meh."

"We tricked Marlene into keeping it right?" alisema Skipper.

"You want to look for it?" asked Kowalski.

After 5 sekunde of waiting they hopped down and slide towards Marlene's habitat.

=====(Marlene's habitat)

Marlene was inside her room, laying on her stone bed.

Bored.

"Today is so boring!" she complained. "I wish some excitment would just pop into my bedroom!" She heard a small whisper.

Suddenly there was an exploation, and the manhole in her room poped up. "Gah!" Marlene sat up quickly.

Out came Skipper and his crew with their usual fighting stance, which wasn't really noticable until the smoke cleared. Marlene shot an annoyed look at them. "Guys! What are wewe doing!" she yelled. "Why did wewe blow up my room!?"

Skipper scoffed. "We didn't blow-up your room. We blew up the manhole that leads to your room!" he said. "It was nailed shut."

Marlene crossed her arms. "I nailed it so wewe guys wouldn't pop in like wewe usually do!"

Skipper smiled. "You think a bunch of nails can stop us?"

"No," she replied. "A friend suggested it."

Skipper waddled forward. "And who is your so-called friend?" he asked.

"Classified." Then she smirked.

Skipper's smile disappered. "Look, I don't have time to play games Marlene."

"Because you're not fun..." she mummbled, which made Private giggle. Skipper glared at her. She smiled back innocently.

"We're looking for the feather."

Marlene's face started to heat up. "Uh, what feather? Who's feather? I don't know anything about a feather!" she alisema quickly.

Private told her, "We're talking about the feather of the crystal falcon. Ya know. The one we tricked wewe into-" Skipper elbowed his chest. "-I mean gave you...to keep until further notice."

"Uh, I don't remember..." she lied.

Skipper narrowed his eyes. "Private, Lights! Rico, shine a flashlight on her!"

Private flipped the switch and Rico shone a light on the otter. Everyone moved forward.

Kowalski began, "Where-"

Marlene interruped him. "Wait! No need for the interrogation!" she said, waving her hands. "Fine! I'll tell you."

The lights turned back on and Rico swallowed the flashlight. Skipper put his flippers on his hips and raised an eyebrow. "I'm waiting."

Marlene rubbed the back of her head. "Well...ya see...Uh, here's a funny story. Uh..." She laughed nervously. "Well...I...don't have...the...feather."

"What!" alisema Skipper.

"She alisema she doesn't have the feather," Private whispered to Skipper.

"I heard her!" he yelled. "Marlene, what happened to the feather?"

"I kinda gave it to my friend in a letter," she replyed, rubbing the back of her head. "I have one of her letters here somewhere." Marlene looked for them at her meza, jedwali from across the room. "Found it!" she said. Skipper snached it from her paws. "Hey!"

Skipper read the letter.

____________________________________________________________________________
What's up Marlene!

I keep thinking the 'Dear' part is getting kind of old to start a letter. So I used 'What's up!' wewe like?

Well, about the feather. Don't worry, I'll keep it safe. It's funny how your friend Skipper thought it was OK to give it to wewe willy-nilly and then wewe gave it to me. But maybe he did that because he trusted you...or not. But even though wewe gave it to me, it probably doesn't change a thing because I doubt that he actually trusts anybody! Ahahahaha!

Well, enough about this "trust" talk. How are you? Does Julien still think wewe like him? Is Skipper still a boring stick-in-the-mud? I still don't get that saying because I once had fun with some mud and sticks! But that is why my white feathers are VERY gray now...or because I was rolling around in ashes after that then I didn't bother cleaning up for 4 days...(And spending too much time in the sun)

Well, I have to finish this letter. My roomie/bestie is going to visit her cousins in Virginia. Bye-bye!

-Icicle B.

_____________________________________________________________________________

"Hey! I thought wewe alisema I wasn't boring!" alisema Skipper.

"No. I said, "Nice move" after Julien's crown fell into the sewers then wewe invited me to play checkers," alisema Marlene. "Well, if wewe want I can write back to her."

"Fine. Ask her to give the feather back," ordered Skipper. "Now, while your doing that, we're going out to get snowcones." His teams cheered and high-fived.

"Can wewe bring me one?" asked Marlene.

"No!" He yelled. When Skipper turned, Marlene frowned. Kowalski and Rico followed, but Private stayed behind and whispered to Marlene, "Don't worry. He's only kidding," and left to get his snowcone.

Marlene smiled and began to write the letter.

Excerpt:

The team was invited to participate in a fighting tournament. They will each be going against an enemy that they have some sort of connection to, yet never met before, but, they'd have to fight individually.
"Listen up, team. Today is the big day. We've done extra training for two weeks for this. Just because we'll be mgawanyiko, baidisha up for this doesn't mean that we won't be the champs. If we're going to be strong on the outside, we're going to start kwa being strong on the inside and be confident that we'll take home...

Author's note: This fanfiction is kind of a kuvuka, msalaba between The Penguins Of Madagascar and Avatar: The Last Airbender, though, to be honest, the only ATLA in it is quite a bit of element bending. No ATLA characters, au settings. Just the idea of element bending. The rest is TPOM and my own imagination. Oh and, kwa the way, I'm so sorry for being a rubbish fanfiction writer and never ever finishing my other fanfictions. I hope I'll finish this one, because I have the ending planned out in my head, unlike most of my other ffs... Anyway, enjoy! Oh wait, one zaidi thing: Squeak and Chloe are my OCs....

Private screamed as the rock zoomed towards him.
There was a loud explosion right behind the huge man's feet. Private and Kowalski flew over the rock and onto the hard, damp ground from the force of the explosion.
The huge man had been blown up.
Kowalski grimaced as bit's of charred flesh and splinters of bone rained down on him. He looked up to see who had blown up the man.
Rico was coming out of the trees.
Kowalski yelled in joy and was running over to him when he heard Private scream again. He turned to see Hans standing over Private, about to stab a kisu into his throat.

"Hey, Lame-o," Alice said. "Get out of there. The zoo isn't even open yet."
Kowalski turned around and saw her. She laid a plank of wood down and told Kowalski to kuvuka, msalaba it. He obeyed, then Alice led him to the entrance/exit. The device (that's what I call it) was laying on the ground.
"No, Kowalski!" Skipper cried.
He got out of our mduara, duara and almost stepped on the device.
"Wait!" Private cried, at the same time Skipper almost stepped on it.
Skipper just looked at Private, and continued. Private tackled him, to prevent him from becoming human.
"What are wewe doing?" Skipper...

On Doris' Madagascar Wiki page, it says that she will be voiced kwa Calista Flockhart! So far, we also know that there MIGHT (it is not confirmed, but people think it's possible) be a upendo trianlge between Dr. Blowhole, Doris, and Kowalski. We also know that from the "Penguin Who Loved Me" poster that she might not have a Segway.
Also on the wiki, it says that it will be the last Dr. Blowhole special(however, I haven't found that anywhere else, and Wikia's can be modified kwa anyone, so this may not be true.) If wewe guys know anything else, plz tell me and/or post/comment!
Katherine paused and closed her eyes to stop the tears.
“Your grandparents were special persons...” she said. Skipper put his flipper on her shoulder.
“Katherine, they died for save wewe all, they’re the heroes” he said. Katherine opened eyes and smiled.
“Ok, I woke up on the inayofuata day...”

Flashback

Katherine opened her eyes, she was laying on a kitanda in an old ship. There was a little dark, she turned to Karen who was sitting on a chair. She wasn’t sad, now, she was angry at Blowhole.
“Where are we?”
“We’ll be soon in China” Karen said.
“China?”

Skipper stood silently at the edge of the overhang that eventually lead to the pool. The wind was strong, like rocks being thrown at you. Wind being so strong, Skipper still stood there, staring into space.

Kowalski rose from the HQ, giving Skipper a curious look.

"Skipper, what are wewe doing?"

No answer.

"Skipper? Hello? wewe there?" Kowalski asked again.

Still no answer.

"I wonder what's up with him." Kowalski thought.
Kowalski presented Skipper to the others.

"Is Skippah OK?" Private asked with a worried look.

"Not sure what it is, but he's been standing there all morning, just staring into the atmosphere."...

Dear Readers,
If wewe expected this to be another chapter of Crossroads, I am sorry to say that this is not what wewe expected. The song 'Shadows of the Past' is a song I wrote that has a whole lot to do with the Crossroads story. If you're sick of muziki and tired of trying to imagine what the tune may be, I'm not asking wewe to do anything wewe don't want to. If you're in the mood, then kwa sweet dandy Candy I'd say sit back and enjoy it! X3

With a certain picture being shown on here for a third time--technically, only part of a picture (with Doris the dolphin and Kowalski) as one, but nonetheless, it was still part of the picture, so this counts for that as well--I think this needs to be cleared up for EVERYONE on this site. If wewe know this, great. If wewe don't, here it is simply. The picture for the (possibly) onyesha finale "The penguin, auk Who Loved Me" as shown on Bob Schooley's twitter is for Twitter and twitter only! Bob Schooley made it clear that he only wanted it kept on that site and for it not to be anywhere else online....

The penguins finally made it to JFK International. As they suspected, the power was out. It wasn't hard to sneak through the airport with the civilians distracted with panic, crying children, and others who were demanding their money back for the plane tickets that they obviously couldn't use anymore. Once they made it to the shoreline, Skipper gave the orders. "Okay men! We go in two man teams! Kowalski! wewe and Rico scope out the-" Chink! "What was that?" Kowalski's eyes widened. "Skipper! Behind yo-"

It was too late. The small object that had fallen behind Skipper erupted, a white gas released...

"I wonder where Private went. Hmmmm. Is he over … here?!" I play along, and quickly turn my head. He's not there.
"Huh?" I ponder, but once again his laughter makes me smile. I just know he's behind the other one.
I take a step mbele and turn around, catching him off guard. I swing down,...

I slowed my pace, but I could hear wing-beats and heavy footsteps behind me. I looked over my shoulder. Hans was hot on my trail, anger and hatred burning in his eyes. Further behind him were at least two-dozen guards. I couldn't stop here. I sped up, kicking the pavement behind me with my feet. I ducked underneath a vehicle as it sped by. I swear it just about made me have an early molt. I focussed ahead, forgetting the truck. A lady's high-heeled feet stood in my way. I braced myself, shooting like a blackand white bullet right between her legs. The woman shrieked like a headless chicken...

(Marlene's POV)

I sat in a corner in my habitat, tears pouring down my face. I was just too depressed to do anything right now. Not even the penguins could cheer me up.

I choked out a sob. No one ever liked me. No one would ever fall for me, no one had, au ever would even kiss me.

I would always be alone... even in death...

"Marlene?" I heard a voice say.

I looked up and saw Kowalski, the brains of the penguins at the entrance of my habitat. I quickly wiped my tears, and took a breath.

"Hey Kowalski." I said.

"Are wewe okay, Marlene?" He asked, his voice full of concern. "I was walking by, and I heard...
