I'm worried about my friend

He told me he wanted his dad to get arrested and won't tell me why. And I think he's depressed and possibly suicidal. He talks about dying and killing himself a lot. He gets bullied at school and it sounds like he has a pretty bad life at home. I'm literally his ONLY friend. Is there anything I can do to help him?
