Appearance: Harley is a grey fox, mbweha that always carries a rag doll with her. Harley's hairstyle is two pigtails that hang down to her waists and are brown colored. Two golden rings are wrapped around her legs. She wears a light blue dress with a satchel. Her shoes are like Blaze's, except machungwa, chungwa and yellow. Her rag doll has two chartreuse eyes and a fabricated dress. Harley's eyes are red and she has a scar on her arm due to a severe accident. Harley's glove, glovu are pink.

Abilities: building a lot of machinery, has an IQ of 260, can use her doll to perform dark magic spells, when transformed into Delirious Blur, she can moto missiles and use vines to strangle people. She also has the ability to see futures and talk to dead people.

Personality: Harley is tranquil, friendly, outgoing, talkative, funny, and sometimes rude fox. She helps out others in times of need, only if she gets a machine part afterwards. She sometimes tells jokes and talks a little too much. Harley typically annoys Sally a lot, and looks up to her as if that were her sister. Harley likes good, peace, machinery, chocolate, muziki and her doll, Magenta. She dislikes evil, world conquering, Black Doom, homework, rivalry, judgement, and fried chicken. Harley is sometimes rude and butts into conversations without thinking. She is very wordy sometimes, but loves kindness!

Barbaric Tyrant = Harley's power increases 200%. She wears Blaze's clothing which is red and her eyes are green and yellow. Her gloves are machungwa, chungwa and have one eye printed on them. Her shoes are dark green and her golden rings are glowing with a pulsing flame surrounding them. This is caused kwa Harley using too much power in battles.

Delirious Blur = Harley's power increases 550%. She wears black knee high dress with a golden belt. Her shoes are surrounded kwa a black dark force and her rings have vanished completely. Her skin color changes from grey to a midnight blue. Her eyes are on moto and are red. She can shoot missiles and use vines. This happens when Harley is very depressed.

MU-3 = Harley's power increases kwa 8000%. She is in a robotic form where she is a cyborg. One of her eyes have laser beams and the other one is green. Her hair is tied up into a ponytail and is green. Her hands are now cannons that can shoot bombs and cannonballs. Her dress is a skirt, upindo with a bullet-proof vest. She can use her doll and robotic powers to unleash a super attack that can wipe out a continent if charged long enough. This happens when Harley phases with a robot that is very powerful.

History:
Harley was born in the Knothole in 3678 Möbius X years. Her parents loved her very much and favored her greatly. Her brother, Nigel, treated her with respect and love, even though he is older than her. Her sister, Kaona, despised her. She believed that Harley was an accident and that the "prophecy was misstated and caused a disaster." In an attempt to kill her sister, Kaona failed and fell off of their house roof. She died from the impact. Her family grieved over her loss and moved to Mobotropolis. She met Sonic and Tails and fell in upendo with Tails. She then was abducted kwa Snively in an attempt to kill her before she built too much machinery. Tails saved her and saw a major change. Harley was scarred on her arm. Harley fainted in the middle of the walk him and woke up in Cream's mom's home. Shadow immediately asked her what happened at Snively's and Harley explained the problem. She also had a dream of Maria and how she wanted Shadow to be nicer to everyone. No one believed Harley and they left her in the room. She recovered 6 days later, only to be kidnapped kwa Eggman. Tails couldn't take this anymore: he had to find Eggman. He saved Harley again but she had amnesia. She forgot temporarily who she was and who Tails was, but recovered after Vanilla gave her some medicine. Mobotropolis was saved after a major disaster and Tails admitted that he loved Harley. She felt the exact same way and returned his feelings. She now dates Tails and constantly builds machinery.
