Conner's POV:
I've never liked stories, much less one's like this.
People look down at me, but what they see is so little. I
may be eleven, but I know zaidi then you'll ever
understand. But before I tell wewe my tell, listen close, and
take my advice kwa heart. Don't trust him. Don't trust
Drake....
It all started one hot day, my father had come
back from the bank. But I felt something wrong. Very
wrong. My father was always a calm guy, but today,
he had the most worried face I've ever seen.
"Hey, dad....what's wrong?" I got up and left my
homework on the kitanda inayofuata to my sweet little sister
Connie, who kwa now, was almost as worried as I was.
"They robbed the bank..." He alisema as he stared at
the floor. "I saw who did it but...if I say anything, they'll
kil-" He stopped and looked at Connie and me. And I
knew why.
Connie has a very serious illness. She can't do
much without her meds, if she tried to even pick up
something heavy, she could become unconscious.
He didn't want to worry me and Connie.
He left to the jikoni where my mother was. Connie
looked at me, she may only be 6, but she wasn't
stupid. We where always different from other kids.
I listened to them talk in the kitchen. And that's when
I heard my mother begin to cry. I never liked it when
she cried.
I was a big brother now. I could just let this happen. I
had to get my sister her medicines, and no can stop
me.
So right then I dashed out the door, my homework
dropped to the floor.
As I ran faster and faster, I came up with a song in
my head. It's what I did when things like this
happened. He got me motivated, pumped, he made
my veins working harder. I'm one of the fastest
runners you'll see, I already Lost sight of nyumbani a long
time ago.
The tune in my head got stronger and stronger with
each step I took.
There was no stopping me now. Not now.
I ran to the field where I worked during the summer.
Asked the owner if he'd let me work for pay again.
And of course, he alisema yes.
When the mwezi was done, everything was normal.
I had worked so much, I had to stay up late to do
homework. My parents told me I didn't have to do all
this, but I knew I had to. The thought of my sister
without her medicines scared me. I just wouldn't be
able to watch her suffer.
Mouths past and everything was normal....Until, that
fateful siku came. The siku that changed my life.

Lukky, She was kind,smart,energetic and mature for her age.
"The key isn't working to my apartment..." She alisema softly. She went downstairs to get the key checked out. They alisema "It's covered in Rain, You'll have to copy another key" Lukky went outside to go to a Key Copy Machine. She put it in. "I do not see why it's not working..." Then suddenly, Someone got her from behind. She started crying. She didn't know what she did wrong.
"WHAT,WHAT HAVE A DONE TO DESERVE THIS! Then she escaped. She didn't know what happened. She didn't loose anything. She ran away. She didn't know where she was au were she went.She began to walk, Therefore cry at the same time. Rain began to fall. "Fuck, I have to get nyumbani ASAP."
