Does anyone ask before they take art from Deviantart?

I was just looking through the shabiki art and found a lot of stuff that are kwa artists on DA. I know wewe guys are crediting "deviantart" but you're supposed to credit the artist, in other wards their user account. Also most artistes like wewe to ask before wewe take.

I don't mean to be rude au offend anyone, but this actually makes a lot of deviants upset.(I'm one of them :])

And I'm not saying that all people who have ilitumwa art from DA haven't asked the artistes au haven't credited them.
