When I Google image searched the picture I came up with the name banpai akira and further googleing has lead me to believe that this isn't an anime but an artist. I found her pivix page and after looking at various other works done in the same style I found the image wewe have there. I'm assuming this is just some artwork of her's and not from any anime, when I translated the title I got the word "Bushido" when I googled that I found it's a loose term meaning "samurai life" she also seems to have other works featuring him so I suppose he very well may be some kind of OC samurai guy. I think she has really good art, so wewe may not have anything new to watch, but wewe some really cool art to look at :) If wewe don't know already, pivix is like the Japanese version of DeviantArt.
