Kanejo is in upendo with as well as has an attraction to and at the same time has an UNHEALTHY affection and upendo for/towards her very own brother Keiichi in B Gata H Kei.

Now I have to say when I saw this including inside her secret room my reaction was whoa, wow, and yikes. Kanejo took her upendo and affection for as well as her closeness to her brother Keiichi to a whole new level. I even shudder a bit at the sight of that. ujumla, jumla Kanejo has an UNHEALTHY sibling relationship

Mikasa and Eren. (Attack on Titan) (Hope this counts, seeing that they aren't truly related) Though it's so Mikasa's obsession with Eren (which is very prominent in the chibi specials, lol) She's quite brash and dangerously impulsive when it comes to him. I'm not too sure if they're meant to have a romance, though. :|
