Note: This is the first chapter of my new fanfiction Where I Belong. I have already thought up the plot but not every detail. There's a twist and Private finds out Skippper had been hiding something from him.

Private felt completely alone. The unruly, brisk gusts of snow grew zaidi vigorous kwa the minute. If only he had got his uncle to take him nyumbani au stayed in the H.Q. To make matters worse neither Skipper, Kowalski, au Rico knew where he was. His life long scheme would end up in tradgedy. Struggling to substain from collapsing, started picturing the time he had spent with his cherished friends. picha of all them flashed before his eyes. A tear dripped from his innonce eyes. Before he knew it he has on the ground fighting to keep consiousness. Why couldn't his Marafiki just work it out. It wasn't their fault, and Private knew it.

Two weeks ago:
It was a humid, muggy summer morning in New York City. The sun hadn't even come up and Skipper had gotten the team up for early training at four 'o' clock. They moaned and groaned which caused Skipper to obtain a outraged and crabby mood.
P: "Skippah, do we have to get up so early for training?"
S: "Well, geeh, Private! I'm sorry for trying to strengthen wewe boys' stamina!"
Skipper slapped Private.
S: "If wewe boys want to serve in this unit. I suggest wewe get used to it au get over it!"
K: "You have to admit 0400 ia little bit early for exerices."
Rico began to let out a fatigued yawn.
S: "That's it, men! Give me 50!"
P: "Not push-ups!"
S: "Yes, push-ups!"
R: "djghsuistsjbd!"
Rico mumbled to the others who were doing their push-ups.
S: "What was that, Rico? Are wewe complaining? Well, if wewe think I'm being so unfair, wewe won't mind seeing what the rest of the team thinks. Boys?"
P: "Um... kind of,"
K: "Sorry, Skipper."
S: "I see, I have to toughen wewe men up!"
K: "Skipper, we're tired!"
S: "You don't think I am?"
P: "But you're not doing any of the work!"
S: "I didn't back talk my commanding officer!"
R: "Neither did Kowalski au I!"
S: "Fine, go back and sleep! I don't care if you're in shape, anymore!"
They moped into the H.Q. while Skipper stormed into it. While getting coffee, Skipper noticed his team watching TV.
S: "Wait, I thought wewe boys are too tired!"
P: "To train, but we can't fall back asleep."
S: "Maybe, wewe all wouldn't be so tired if wewe didn't stay up so late, Kowalski."
K: "I didn't know we were training so early, Skipper."
P: "Can't we have a siku off of training, Skippah?"
S: "Negative, not today. It's my job to keep wewe soldiers fit and capable of fighting skills."
Kowalski whispered to Private, but Skipper over heard.
K: "To keep us fit you'd have to be fit yourself!"
S: "I heard that, Kowalski, also I know that wewe wouldn't be without me."
Kowalski was about to speak his mind but stopped himself.
S: "What were wewe going to say, Kowalski?"
K: "Nothing,"
S: "Oh, really? wewe weren't about to say wewe didn't need me?"
Kowalski held his head low.
S: "Well?!"
K: "You're right."
S: "Well, I don't need wewe au any of you! I'm better off alone!"
P: "Skippah, please!"
S: "No, Private! You're better off without me, too. I'm sorry..."

Private forgot what Skipper had alisema inayofuata because it was incomprehensive to him. He had no clue that it would come to his mind later and make sense.

Skipper packed up his posessions, and headed out silently. Private thought about the way he had left that evening all night.
P: "I miss Skippah, Kowalski."
K: "What am I supposed to do about that, Private? There's no getting him back. It's your fault!"
Private began to cry. Kowalski hugged the tiny penguin.
K: "I'm sorry, Private! I'm just frustrated."
P: "Do wewe miss him, too?"
Kowalski sighed.
K: "No,"
R: "shfahfga dfhsjg sdgfutgus dsakgfu stgiufd."
K: "Maybe, we should go our seperate ways."
P: "No!"
K: "I'm sorry, Private."
Later that night, after they all had packed up, Private snuck out with his bags when no one was looking.

Private felt a missing part of him come out again. Like an old wound that had been cut into again, but denser. When Private was a chick his father had left and his mother fell in upendo with another penguin. He made it his goal to meet his real father and get to know him.

Two weeks later:
Private felt his body shutting down. This was his last chance.
P: "Help! Somebody, help! Help!"
The weather got worse and Private's eyes were half open. A stubby figure stepped forward, but was hard to make out.

Chapter 3: Meet the Penguins

The penguins are inside their h.q. taking a break after a long siku of training. Then a little later Brandon and Marlene arrived at the penguin’s habitat.

Knock, knock. Then the door open.

“Hey guys” as she always say.

As the penguins turned around they noticed Marlene was here, and waved to her, but then Private noticed a tall otter behind her.

“Marlene who is that behind you,” asked private.

“Oh this is my new roommate Brandon, Brandon this is Skipper Private Kowalski and Rico.”

“Hello,” as Brandon introduce himself.

Then the...

How would one describe the siku to siku activities of a penguin, auk team? Many, including myself, have tried and failed. The main problem is... well it's never really the SAME siku to day. Sure, you'd think we had a routine, and we did. But they way we went about it was always different. Admittedly we've baffled many zoologists, and even sent some of them gibbering to a mental hospital.

There's no doubt we're different. The swali is, why? What sets us apart from the rest? Were there not others in the world- no, in ZOOS like us? Were there zoos without a team to defend them all? I suppose those questions...

"If people see you, they'll capture you!" alisema Skipper. "Bleh!" Rico agreed. "We'll just say she's a rare species!" Private suggested. Everyone agreed.

The inayofuata day, Kat could walk. She went outside. It was Sunday, so everyone just hung out. Kat could not get out, however. She couldn't swim with her cast. "Oh shit!" she thought, "How the hell am I supposed to get over there?" She then jumped up, and flew. "Pinky!" Skipper said, "Don't do that in front of people, got it?" "Got it." Kat responded.

The siku was fun. Kat met new people (one tried to fling poo at her), hung out, and even explored outside of the Zoo!

Kat ran into the middle of the road. A truck was about to hit her! She woke up. Just a dream! Everyone was sleeping still. "Good." she thought.

Hello, RavenFeathers here. I've finally gotten started on Chapter 3!! *does victory dance* All right, like I promised, the explanations for Chapter 2.

Warning: The following explanations might make this chapter seem longer than it actually is.

….Okay, to start, for those who are interested in Ravena's personal story, there's a possibility that it might not be revealed until Operation: Matchmaker. [If anyone's giving the screen a 'what the hell is that?' look, one, it's offending your computer screen, and two, just read my profaili for the summary of that story.] The reason is that I wanted...

"I have a plan, but you're not going to like it," I said.

Skipper glanced at me doubtfully. "I have a feeling that I'm not going to like it too."

Kowalski turned his gaze on me. "What is it?"

I looked at Skipper. "This has something to do with the deal we made earlier. I'll distract X while wewe guys escape."

"Hey!" argued Skipper. "When I made that promise earlier, I didn't plan for this."

I glanced sharply at him. "We made a deal, so don't wewe tell me that you're going to back out of it."

We reached a dead end. I looked at them all in turn. "Don't wewe see? I'm not going to let another penguin, auk die...

Author's Note: I'm in a very happy mood, and I don't have any homework right now, so I decided that I would post this now. Have fun with it!

“It’s Friday, boys, and wewe know what that means.”

Kowalski took out his clipboard as I rolled my eyes. “Recon,” we both said.

“Can we have snow cones later?” asked Private.

Rico nodded vigorously in agreement. Skipper smiled. “I don’t see why not. As long as everything goes as plan.”

I fist pumped the air. We all went topside as Skipper gave us our roles. “Rico, Kowalski, wewe have the zoo. Nathan, Private, you’re in the park. I’m...

Antonio led Marlene through a series of sharp twirls as fast-paced muziki played through a small radio Antonio had found left on a park bench. Marlene laughed as Antonio held her close and held her in a dip as the last few chords hung in the air. Still holding her, he traced the side of her face with a finger. Then he started to close the distance between their lips. They looked up at the sound of someone clearing their throat.

“Skipper,” Marlene alisema as Antonio pulled her upright with an irritated sigh.

“Yes, Skipper,” he alisema with his voice edgy with sarcasm. He muttered something under...

Earlier this month, I went on a mission that I had been planning since 2011—seeing Penguins of Madagascar on the big screen.

The Madagascar spin-off is a fast-paced, fun adventure, with touching moments and several flipperfuls of good laughs. I have written some of my thoughts on it below. They will be appreciated zaidi kwa fellow Fanguins than those completely unfamiliar with the characters, so this makala is zaidi a orodha of observations and opinions than a true movie review. Still, I will not spoil too much for those who have not yet seen the film.

Opening

● The movie opens years zamani in Antarctica,...
