How do wewe find motivation to exercise when wewe just don’t feel like getting off your butt? I ask myself this swali every now and then, and I have the feeling I’m not the only one.

A few weeks ago, I wrote 4 Simple Steps to Start the Exercise Habit… and the fourth and final step was to add motivation as needed until the habit sticks. This post is to help wewe with that fourth step.

There are a million ways to motivate yourself to exercise, actually, but these are a few that have worked for me. And trust me, I’ve had days when I’ve struggled with exercise. Most recently, the things that have helped include finding a workout partner (one of the best motivators!), logging my exercise, kusoma magazines, vitabu and websites, and rewarding myself.
1.How wewe feel after a workout. I always feel great after a good workout. It’s a high. And I let that motivate me the inayofuata time: “You know how good you’re going to feel, Leo!”
2.Time for you. While many people make time to take care of others (kids, spouse, other family, co-workers, boss), they don’t often make time to take care of themselves. Instead, make your “you” time a priority, and don’t miss that exercise appointment.
3.Calories burned. If wewe count calories (and it’s really one of the most effective ways to lose weight), wewe know that the zaidi wewe exercise, the zaidi calories wewe burn — and the bigger your calorie deficit.
4.Having fun. Exercise should be fun. If it isn’t, try a different kind of activity that wewe enjoy. As long as you’re moving, it’s good for you.
5.How you’re going to look. Imagine a slimmer, fitter you. Now let that visualization drive you.
6.Magazines. It motivates me to read fitness magazines. Not sure why, but it works.
7.Cover models. Sure, they’re genetically freaky, and probably Photoshopped to look perfect. But for some reason, looking at how good a cover model looks helps motivate me to work harder.
8.Blogs. I enjoy kusoma blogs about people who are into running, au losing weight. It can onyesha the ups and downs they go through, and wewe can learn from their experiences.
9.Success stories. I find the success stories of others incredibly inspirational. If a fitness website has success stories, I’ll almost always read them.
10.Forums. Do the monthly challenge on the Zen Habits forums, au jiunge another foramu full of like-minded au like-goaled peopled. Check in daily. It really helps.
11.Rewards. If wewe exercise for a few days, give yourself a reward! A week? Another reward. Do it often in the beginning.
12.Fitting into new clothes. Wanna look good in a smaller size? Work out!
13.Being attractive. That’s always a good motivator, as I’m sure we all know. Edited to correct language.
14.Adrenaline rush. I get a rush when I exercise. Ride that rush to complete the workout.
15.Stress relief. Wound up after a long siku at the office? Get out and work off that stress. It makes a world of difference.
16.Time for contemplation. I love, upendo the quiet time of exercise for thinking about things. Most of this post was written in my head as I exercised.
17.A workout partner. Best thing I’ve done.
18.An exercise class. Sign up for a class, perhaps with a friend, and you’ll be motivated to get there and work out.
19.A coach au trainer. Worth the money, just for the motivation.
20.An exercise log/graph. For some reason, uandishi it down is extremely important. Really. Do it for a week and you’ll see what I mean.
21.Your before picture. wewe often don’t realize how far you’ve come. Take pictures.
22.A 5K race au triathlon. Just sign up for one, and you’ll be motivated to train.
23.The dread of feeling “yuck” from not exercising. I hate how I feel after not exercising. So I remind myself of that when I feel tired.
24.Living long enough to see your grandkids … and play with them.
25.The scale. It’s not motivating to weigh yourself every day, as your weight fluctuates. But if wewe weigh yourself once a week, you’ll be motivated to have it keep going down, instead of up. Combine the scale with the measuring tape, and measure your waist.
26.Reaching a goal. Set a goal for weight, au your waist measurement, au a number of days to work out, au a number of miles to run this week. Setting and tracking a goal helps motivate wewe to complete that goal. Make it easily achievable.
27.Posting it on your blog. Tell people you’re going to lose weight au exercise daily, and ripoti to them. You’ll make it happen.
28.Motivational quotes. I like to print them out au put them on my computer desktop.
29.Books. I just bought a strength-training book as a reward. It makes me want to hit the weights!
30.Others commenting on how good wewe look. When someone notices the changes in your body, it feels good. And it makes wewe want to work out more.
31.An upcoming siku at the beach, au a reunion. Nuff said.
What are your motivations? Let us know in the comments

Oh god.. Oh god...

I grew up with this movie.. As a kid I thought, this wasn't "that" bad... BOOOY was I wrong..

Early on we get Seans death kwa papa attack.. Well, a shaky camera IMPLYING a papa attack.. All while his screams are drowned kwa the krisimasi singers.. I know this cause they switch back to the singers it at least 12 fucking times in the whole sequence..

I swear to god, this movie is just depressing as hell.. Not scary.. And Ellen, Martins wife believes the papa was WAITING for Sean.. It came for him because of what Martin did to its buddies..

Car Stereotypes

There are many different types of cars for many different types of people. Observe.

Man: *Driving a black A6 at 80 miles an saa down the highway* Get out of the fucking way!!! *Pushes a Cadillac off the road*

About a mwezi ago, I wrote an makala where I wrote down pretty much my entire history with Frozen and how it changed my life. I wrote that as an anniversary article, because it had been three years since I became a shabiki of Frozen. However, uandishi all of that down, made me feel not only very nostalgic...but old. I know it's a presumptous thing to say, since it's only been 3 years and not 10 au 15. But the reason I alisema I am feeling old is because I experienced all of those things in a certain period, and the idea that time passes and things change fascinated me so much that I decided to write...

1. THINGS wewe CAN DO WITH ABSOLUTELY NOTHING

Blink wildly and then close your eyes really tight for an interesting light show
(Amusement Potential: 1-5 minutes)
See a variety of blobs, stars and flashes. Try to make out shapes and see if your subconscious is trying to send wewe a message (perhaps that funny shape is saying, 'send all your money to urban75.com'?)

See how long wewe can hold a note
(Amusement Potential: 4-20 minutes)
Not that much fun, but it sure passes the time. Play with a friend, au try to beat your own personal...

After Gwen won Total Drama Island, the girls managed to celebrate their last night at Camp Wawanakwa. Most of the girls get back at Don for his mistreatment of the contestants, even Courtney, whose elimination in "Basic Straining" was unjust and that Don refused to believe that someone (Harold) tampered with the votes.

It all starts on the cliff of Camp Wawanakwa, which was where the first challenge of the season, where Gwen, Bridgette, Leshawna, Lindsay, Izzy, and Heather jump into the lake. At the juu of the cliff is Don, the host of "Total Drama Island".

Don: Oh my god. I am too scared to...

Note: This is just my thoughts. Don't take them personality, Frozen fans. I just don't like it that much so take this orodha with a pinch of salt.

Frozen is one of the most much-loved film of all time . I'm sure it heard Let It Go. I used to be a shabiki but now, I don't
Know why it's so famous. This storyline is so easy and simple, the songs are ear worms ( but not so bad) and well, the story was over after the movie, nothing else can happen!

( Now I have nothing against Frozen. It's good and I like Anna so no haters)

The wasted talent and cash ( that they could have used for Frozen 2) and made two...

But rather I instil it in my enemies.
I am the destroyer of worlds.
I know the power of the MEMES.
I am the moto of hate.

All the universe bows before kek.
I pledge myself to kek.
For I have found true life In the death of SocJus.

Peace is a lie, there is only Kek.

It all started back in November of 2013 - I finally received a new cellphone, a Nokia Lumina 520, and along with it, I finally got my own barua pepe account and password.
While it was nice having those, I didn't really use them, not even to make a Facebook account. However, in krisimasi of that year, while watching some YouTube videos, it suddenly dawned on me: I could use the barua pepe and nenosiri to create my own Google account and maoni on YouTube videos. I liked kusoma other people's maoni (When they were not rude.) and I wanted to do it, myself.
After creating my Google account, I immediately...
