I've done this over at the NCIS spot and it got a pretty good response, so I figured I would do it here as well.
All you need to know is that:

^ Hmm... maybe Undercovers (despite them having just meant not too long before). Or any of the jealousy moments b/c it shows they really want each other.

^ From Ziva's : From the moment she found out about Jeanne and every time Ziva sees Tony being sweet towards The Doctor. [eg: Trojan Horse]. From Tony's: every now and then when some guy flirts with The Ninja.

v In Endgame, when Tony said Ziva & Kai were probably alot more alike than she realized (after the whole she's killing me just by looking at her, etc) do you think Ziva knew what he was talking about or when she said I do not follow was she being truthful?

* My guess is that Ziva truly didn't follow... She felt that her kills were all valid, just kills (that is for a good reason), while she saw Kai's as unjust kills.
